We help children recovering from the trauma of mental abuse.

Child mental abuse occurs when someone engages in a pattern of behavior that negatively impacts a child’s sense of self-worth or emotional development. For example, child mental abuse can involve rejection, threats, constant criticism, or withholding guidance, support, and love. In many cases, mental abuse occurs in conjunction with physical abuse, sexual abuse, or neglect, and it is one of the hardest forms of abuse to identify because the scars are not outwardly visible.
