Is your child being abused?

My child is being abused – these are words you never want to come to your mind. Unfortunately, child abuse is common and an issue that impacts many children in our local community. If the thought “my child is being abused” continues to come to your mind and you suspect abuse is occurring at home or somewhere else, you have a duty to report it to law enforcement as quickly as possible.

My Child is Being Abused

Reporting child abuse early is the best thing you can do to protect your child and keep the abuse from happening again. Once there is an investigation into your child’s case, we can offer our services at The Dragonfly House Children’s Advocacy Center. As a children’s advocacy center, we advocate for children and help children enduring an abuse investigation by providing supportive services all under one roof.

Our agency and our staff are the best in our line of work – we are nationally accredited and offer services that stand above best practice standards for our field. Your child will be in good hands when you bring them to us for supportive services, and we will do everything in our power to advocate properly for your child and help them recover from the trauma of abuse.

We know that admitting to and telling someone that “my child is being abused” is never an easy process, and we are here to support you and your child as you work towards recovery. Contact us today to find out more about how we help abused children and their families in our community.
